In that way you will be able to make informed decisions when choices are presented to you. I also want to make a difference where most needed so I try to structure my fees and control my costs so that the legal services I provide are reasonable and cost effective.

I firmly believe that if the issues can be worked out between the parties, the remedies will last longer, and the benefits be increased. As such, I've lost "business" by suggesting ways the client can first help themselves before employing my services. Yet when employed, I and the rest of my office use all of our resources to fully litigate your position.
